As the Summer School program has continued to grow, and more students are choosing to take courses through an online high school, The Bridge School is interested in recruiting more teachers into our program.
We will accept resumes for all levels (Grades 6-12), and for all subject areas (Math, Science, English, History, Electives, Foreign Language) but have specific needs for these areas:
- Fine Arts
- Career and Technology Education (CTE)
- Spanish I and II
- Physical Education (PE)
Since our courses are taught online, our teachers are expected to be comfortable working on the computer and leveraging online communication tools, such as email, chat messaging and Skype to support their students. All of our teachers are Highly Qualified in their subject area, and while we prefer state certified teachers, it is not required.
