How The Bridge School Helps Students Prepare For University

The Bridge School caters to a wide variety of High School students. After graduation, some of these students enlist in the military, others pursue their passions full-time, but most continue their education at a community college or a four-year university.

In our previous blog, How Online School Prepares Students For Success, we highlighted some of the skills former students can brag about, but now we’d love to focus on some of the services they were able to take advantage of on their journey to higher education.

We Help Students Ace the SAT or ACT

If you’re applying to college, you’ll most likely need to submit SAT or ACT scores. The better you score, the more options you’ll have regarding school choice and scholarships.

While our accredited online school doesn’t require standardized testing, we do help students prepare for them through SAT and ACT prep courses.

The Bridge School also offers a wide variety of AP and dual credit courses evaluated and recommended by ACE CREDIT. These credits are guaranteed to be accepted by 90 ACE member colleges and universities and considered by an additional 2,000 schools.

We Take Care of Transcripts

After you complete a course, we’ll submit your transcript to your home school, or if you meet our graduation requirements, we’ll award you with a Texas High School Diploma.

We’ve never had a college or university refuse to accept our Texas High School Diploma; however, some private schools have unique criteria, so it’s best to double check with your dream school if you have one.

We Offer Guidance

Finally, our Academic Advisors help students complete college applications, plan campus tours, serve as references, and provide insight into the pros and cons of enrolling in a technical school, community college, or out-of-state university.

The number one priority of The Bridge School is to help every student reach their academic potential.
